- Return to your location to re-perform the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost, **or**
- Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

## 2. Cancellations by the Customer
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- **More than 12 hours before the scheduled service:** Full refund or free rescheduling.
- **Between 4 and 12 hours before the scheduled service:** 50% refund, or free rescheduling to another available slot.
- **Less than 4 hours before the scheduled service, or no-show:** Non-refundable. The full service fee will be charged to cover allocated staff time and travel.

## 3. Cancellations by Flowash
Occasionally, we may need to cancel or postpone a booking due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered:

- A full refund of the amount paid.
You will be notified as early as possible if a cancellation is required on our side.

## 4. Conditions That Prevent Service Completion
If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to perform the service due to reasons beyond our control, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. These reasons include but are not limited to:
- The customer or vehicle not being available at the agreed location.
- No safe access to a water source (where required by the chosen package).
- Insufficient space to safely perform the wash.
- Restrictions imposed by the building, community, or local authorities.

## 5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, paint defects, or mechanical issues unrelated to our service.
- Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion.
- Add-on consumable products that have already been applied (e.g., wax, ceramic spray, interior dressings).
- Promotional or discounted packages explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
