The Flowash mobile application contains **no content unsuitable for a general audience**. Specifically, the app does not include:
- Violence, blood, or graphic imagery,
- Sexual, suggestive, or nudity-related content,
- Profanity, hate speech, or offensive language,
- References to alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or controlled substances,
- Gambling, simulated gambling, or real-money contests,
- User-generated content that is unmoderated or shared publicly,
- Horror, frightening, or disturbing themes.
The interface, icons, marketing materials, and in-app communications are all designed to be family-friendly and free of mature themes.
### 8.2 No Targeted Advertising
Flowash does **not** display third-party advertisements inside the app. We do not use behavioral advertising, interest-based ad targeting, or remarketing based on user activity within the Service. Any promotional content shown is limited to Flowash's own offers, loyalty rewards, and service updates.
### 8.3 Service Eligibility (Account Holders)
Although the app's content is suitable for all audiences, the **car wash service itself is intended for adults aged 18 and older**, because booking a service requires:
- A valid payment method,
- Authorization to request service for a vehicle, and
- Legal capacity to accept our Terms of Service.
Account holders confirm they are at least 18 years of age when registering. A minor may use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian (for example, to view service options or track an arriving technician), but bookings must be placed and authorized by an adult.
